Images, mobile version (again)
1. Quick replying with a link to the image makes it load the image inside the small box (yes I do know you can drag it down). Can it be changed to what it was before (and what it is most of the time) as just the links? It's rather annoying when you have a large image or multiple images (I found this out when I was trying to reply to the desktop post).

2. I liked the vB's image resizing behaviour: autoresize to fit the forum, and click the bar at the top to view full screen. Can that come back too :o ?

3. Mobile version :D?!

1. I could disable images in quotes using CSS, but then all emoticons wouldn't appear in quotes either... I'll look into it and see if I can find a way to remove the one without the other.

2. I'll do this as soon as I've decided whether to keep the forum width as it is or fix it to a 980px size again :D

3. Already integrated - just add ?wap, ?wap2 or ?imode to the end of the URL to switch to mobile mode (for example, http://ashtear.net/forum/index.php?imode). It favors functionality over style so I'll have to tweak it a little to make it look nicer, I'll add it to my list of things to do :sparkle:

This is for future reference and for anyone else who is having problems with the WYSIWYG-style reply/post (It's totally not WYSIWYG  ).

I had so much trouble with the formatting in my FFXIV post that I was just about ready to throw it out the window, then I discovered this little gem:

Next time you're having problems with formatting, click that, and it'll take you to plain text view :) It's handy for quickly checking if you've bolded everything right, etc. But I like being able to see code tags so I'm going to be abusing that option quite a bit  :mischievous:

Sorry about that - I've already complained about it on the SMF site and it seems to be a global issue, so if you see an "edited by Outrack" note on any post now it's likely because I've had to fix the formatting after the editor buggered it up. This thing has been driving me nuts over the last few days and I make virtually every post without it now :cross:

From what I can tell, the WYSIWYG has two major issues: the first is that it adds an additional line between each paragraph (and occasionally two lines), while the second is that it loses [center] and other alignment tags while editing. I'm going to read up a bit more and see if I can port over the vBulletin editor as it was one of the few things I really liked about the software, but in the interim I suggest following Lexy's suggestion of just disabling WYSIWYG editing altogether.

Are those the only Mobile versions available? They don't load images and you can't post anything unless you switch to full version.
